Hey there! Just a heads-up before you think about returning an item, let’s make sure everything is in tip-top shape according to our return guidelines
Here’s where you’ll send back any goodies:

When your items arrive, give them a good once-over within the first 72 hours to ensure:
– You’ve got exactly what you ordered.
– The number of items is spot on.
– Everything looks perfect, with no damage in sight.
Just a little note: If you’ve snagged something from our SALE, it’s not eligible for a refund, but we’re more than happy to help you with an exchange. Take a peek at the bottom of the page for all the nitty-gritty on our SALE items return policy.
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND/NO LONGER WANT OR NEED MY ITEM(S):
Sometimes we just have a change of heart. If that’s the case and you no longer wish to keep your fitting, no worries! We’re here to help.
As long as the fitting is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, you’ll be eligible for a refund. Remember though, we can only take them back if they’re in their original packaging.
When you’re ready to return:
Just pop over to your local post office and send the items back via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, with a signature required. This way, we can make sure your return is tracked and gets back to us safe and sound! Do keep your postage receipt handy, just in case.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER
- Send us an email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’re returning something. Just a note: we can’t take return notifications over the phone, so be sure to email us!
- Make sure to send your items back within 14 days. If it’s later than that, we can’t offer a refund.
- Heads up! You’ll need to cover the postage for any items you’re sending back.
- Remember, all items should be unused and uninstalled, and they need to be in their original packaging.
- Don’t forget to download our returns form and pop it in with your package. If you’re having any difficulties with the download, please email us and we’ll gladly ping you over a copy.
- Tuck in your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- If it’s a refund you’re after, we’ll get it to you within 5 working days after we receive your items, minus the delivery cost.
- If you’re eyeing an exchange for something pricier, give us a ring at 01902 757825 to sort out the difference.
- Exchanges will zip their way to you in 5-7 working days, but keep in mind delivery charges will apply.
- If we don’t usually stock the item in our showroom or you’ve ordered something big like a mirror, table or a custom light. There’s a 25% restocking fee for those, since we got it just for you.

MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY:
Got a hiccup with your order? Let’s make it right! If your items arrive damaged or faulty, we’re here to help with an exchange or a full refund, delivery cost on us.
Just a little heads-up:
– If your item’s got a beauty mark (that’s cosmetic damage), we’ll need it back in the original packaging.
– Found a fault? Hold off on installing it, and let’s sort it out first.
Easy-Peasy Return/Exchange Steps:

– Wrap up your items in a sealed box with some extra padding like bubble wrap to keep them safe on their journey back.
– Remember, we can’t take the fall for any damage during return shipping if the packaging isn’t up to snuff.
– If the items come back in just their item box without an outer box, they’ll have to take a return trip back to you.
– Be there for the pickup, or else there’s a £9.95 delivery cost if the collection misses you.

Once we get your item, we’ll give it a good look-over. If it’s indeed faulty or damaged, you can count on us for a full refund or an exchange.
If everything seems fine on the surface, we’ll send the item off to the manufacturer for a closer look. Should they find no fault, or if it turns out the issue wasn’t due to how it was made, we’ll zip the goods back to you. Just a heads-up, there will be a delivery charge in this case.
We’ll wrap up this detective work within **14 working days** after your item lands with us.

Our SALE items are final sale and can’t be returned for a refund.
